We just threw out all the MethodInfo.Invoke calls for .NET 2.0 and exchanged it with DynamicMethods.
interception performance is now 100 times faster from consumer to base implementation.
and 20 times faster from consumer to the first interceptor.

After some tweaking the performance is now about 120 times faster than the original implementation.
